Yes, there is limited street parking available on Pollard Street East until 7:30 PM. We also have two parking spaces directly outside the studio, which are available on a first come, first served basis and cannot be reserved. Our studios are dog friendly!
However, due to the additional cleaning we have to do after a dog has visited we do charge a £20 Attending fee.
This will need to be completed before the booking has begun to safeguard our equipment and cleaning process.

SkyLight studio includes -2 lights of your choice.
Blackout studio includes 4 Led panelled lights ( 2 of which are RBG lights) along with 2 c stands.
Midi / Savannah/ Ibiza & Victorian studios come with -1 light of your choice.
We also offer light stands, a steamer, speaker and access to a kitchen area w/c area included complimentary with any studio hiring booking.
Extra lights are available to hire if you require. - Please message us for our full equipment list if you require a speciaif light.

We understand that things can sometimes run behind schedule, but we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you will be running late, and if possible, provide an estimate of how long the delay may be. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that any delay is subject to the availability of the rest of the booking. If extra time can be extended, additional fees may apply.
Please be aware that we are unable to accommodate lateness beyond the agreed booking time, and it is the client's responsibility to ensure they arrive on time. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we recommend planning accordingly to avoid any disruptions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Midi, Ibiza, Savannah, and Victorian Rooms:
You can cancel or reschedule your booking with at least 3 days' notice prior to your reservation without any additional charges. Cancellations or changes made within 3 days of your booking will incur a fee or forfeit the deposit.Skylight and Blackout Rooms:
For these rooms, cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 5 days in advance without additional fees. Any cancellations or changes made within 5 days of your booking will incur a fee or result in the loss of the deposit.
Rescheduling Limit:
You may only reschedule your appointment once as long as it fits into our rescheduling poilcy (please see above) . If you need to make another change after the first rescheduling, a new booking will be required.Rescheduling Process:
If your rescheduling request aligns with our Terms & Conditions, you can easily reschedule your booking online through the confirmation email you received when you first made your reservation.
If you wish to reschedule before the grace period (3 or 5 days), you will need to contact us directly, and fees will apply. -
Each room has access to fans and heaters if needed.

We always recommend that you book enough time for your session when reserving your slot, as booking extra time is subject to the availability of both the studio and our staff. However, if you realize that you may need additional time after your initial booking, we ask that you contact us as early as possible to discuss this.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that additional time can’t always be guaranteed due to prior bookings or staff schedules.

Yes, you can book extra equipment, subject to availability. We recommend confirming your equipment requirements when making your initial booking to ensure everything is reserved for your session. If you realise you need additional equipment after your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
If you require a full list of available equipment or can’t find what you need when booking online, please don’t hesitate to contact us for more information.
Please note that additional equipment may incur extra charges, and availability cannot always be guaranteed if requested at short notice.

Blackout studio is the quietest as it has no neighbours however it is not sound proofed .
For the rooms located in the content hub we cannot guarantee silence as each room is connected and has its own speaker.
If you would like to book one of these rooms and you require it to be quite, we would suggest booking the floor space to ensure volume is controlled by you.

At The Spot 101, we support all kinds of creatives and their bookings. We do allow nude and erotic content shoots, but we request that you make us aware of the nature of your booking prior to the shoot for safeguarding purposes.
We require that all models provide informed consent for any nude or erotic content being shot. All parties involved should be fully aware of the nature of the shoot, and we ask that you ensure clear communication and written agreements are in place. If you need assistance with this process, please let us know, and we will be happy to discuss any further requirements.
All shoots must be conducted professionally, with respect for everyone involved. Any content that violates our guidelines or the law will not be permitted.

Blackout is the only studio currently with Wi-Fi up to 20mps. However, all of the content rooms offer great coverage.

All of our content studios are arranged on the same floor and are accessible. However, they are located on the 2nd floor without access to a lift. Staff are available upon calling to assist.
If a more accessible studio is more preferable, Blackout is available for hire and located on the ground floor.

We have a communal space for breaks, complete with refreshments. Whilst we welcome clients to bring their own food or outside food into the studios, we kindly ask that you make use of the designated space to avoid any potential damage to equipment or props.
We do ask that clients clear away any waste and dispose of food remnants appropriately. If food is left behind or if any damage occurs to props or equipment, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

We do allow the use of confetti cannons, powder poppers, and similar special effects, but we kindly ask that you let us know in advance. This allows us to ensure the space is prepared appropriately and to discuss any necessary precautions to protect equipment and props.
Please note that any special effects should be used responsibly, and you may be asked to clean up after the shoot. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us before your booking.

We work closely with a network of reliable and knowledgeable creatives, including photographers, videographers, lighting engineers, and more. Additionally, we have in-house freelancers who can be available for your booking.
